目的观察和评价乌体林斯在老年初治菌阳肺结核治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机配对分组法将72例老年初治菌阳肺结核患者分为乌体林斯治疗组(36例)和对照组(36例)。两组化疗方案均为2HRZE/4HRE,治疗组加用乌体林斯治疗2个月,对照组不用乌体林斯。结果治疗组第1个月痰涂片阴转率38.9%,培养阴转率44.4%;第2个月痰涂片阴转率77.8%,培养阴转率80.6%。对照组第1个月痰涂片阴转率16.7%,培养阴转率13.9%;第2个月痰涂片阴转率50.0%,培养阴转率52.8%。前2个月痰菌阴转率治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。疗程满6个月后治疗组痰涂片阴转率97.2%,培养阴转率94.4%;对照组痰涂片阴转率91.7%,培养阴转率91.7%。治疗组与对照组治疗6个月痰菌阴转率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。病灶吸收好转及空洞缩小关闭速度,治疗组优于对照组。结论乌体林斯能加快老年初治菌阳肺结核患者的痰菌阴转、促进病灶吸收及空洞闭合,不良反应少且较轻微。乌体林斯可用于老年初治菌阳肺结核的辅助治疗。
Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiotherm in the treatment of early-onset bacterin-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly. Methods Seventy-two elderly patients with positive pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). The two groups of chemotherapy regimens were 2HRZE / 4HRE, the treatment group plus Wu Lin-linsi treatment for 2 months, the control group Wu Wu Lin Si. Results In the first month of treatment, the negative conversion rate of sputum smear was 38.9% and the negative conversion rate of culture was 44.4%. The negative conversion rate of sputum smear was 77.8% in the second month and the negative conversion rate was 80.6%. The first month of the control group, the sputum smear negative conversion rate was 16.7% and the negative conversion rate was 13.9%. The sputum smear negative conversion rate was 50.0% and the negative conversion rate was 52.8%. The sputum negative conversion rate in the first two months was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Six months after the course of treatment, the sputum smear negative conversion rate was 97.2% and the culture negative conversion rate was 94.4%. In the control group, the sputum smear negative conversion rate was 91.7% and the culture negative conversion rate was 91.7%. There was no significant difference in sputum negative conversion rate between the treatment group and the control group for 6 months (P> 0.05). The improvement of lesion absorption and cavitation narrowed the closing speed, the treatment group was better than the control group. CONCLUSION Wulubinsi can speed up the sputum negative conversion in patients with newly diagnosed bacilli and pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly and promote the absorption of the lesion and the cavity closure. The adverse reaction is less and less serious. Wu Ti Lin Si can be used for adjuvant treatment of early treatment of bacilli and pulmonary tuberculosis.
