以异黄酮和盐酸胍为原料,合成了6种未见报道的2-氨基-4,5-二芳基嘧啶类化合物,采用IR、1HNMR、13CNMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。采用MTT法,研究了6种2-氨基-4,5-二芳基嘧啶类化合物对连二亚硫酸钠导致PC12细胞缺氧缺糖的影响。实验表明,6种2-氨基-4,5-二芳基嘧啶对PC12细胞缺氧缺糖损伤均有神经保护作用,可提高损伤模型中PC12细胞的存活数,降低细胞损伤程度。
Six kinds of 2-amino-4,5-diarylpyrimidines which have not been reported were synthesized using isoflavone and guanidine hydrochloride as raw materials. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and elemental analysis. The effects of six kinds of 2-amino-4,5-diarylpyrimidines on the hypoxia-glucose deprivation in PC12 cells were investigated by MTT assay. Experiments show that 6 kinds of 2-amino-4,5-diarylpyrimidine have protective effect on hypoxic-hypoglycemic injury in PC12 cells, which can increase the survival number of PC12 cells in injured model and decrease the degree of cell injury.
