基于航空制造行业背景,对服务型制造模式下民机企业价值网络展开探讨。首先分析服务型制造模式的价值源泉,重点讨论其价值共创机制,引出了价值共创的条件——价值网络;其次,分析服务型制造企业由价值链向价值网络管理的转变过程,提出服务型制造价值网络概念,并总结出服务型制造企业的价值网络特性及本质;最后,以航空制造业为例,分析其价值网络内的利益相关者及其价值共创关系。
Based on the background of aviation manufacturing industry, this paper discusses the value network of civil aircraft enterprises in service-oriented manufacturing mode. First of all, it analyzes the source of value of service-oriented manufacturing model, focuses on its mechanism of value creation, leads to the value-creating network; Second, analyzes the process of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises from value chain to value network management, proposes service Type manufacturing value network, and summarizes the value network characteristics and essence of service manufacturing enterprises. Finally, taking aviation manufacturing industry as an example, this paper analyzes the stakeholders in the value network and the value creation relationship.
