1988年11月至1992年7月,我所诊治消化性溃疡86例,均为本局职工,所有病例均经X线钡餐或胃镜检查确诊。现分析如下。男72例,女14例,男女之比为5.1:1,年龄19～60岁,40岁以下67例(77.9％)。有5～10年饮酒史者45人,吸烟5～10年者47人,喜食刺激性食物46人,进食不定时65人。工种:装卸工32人,船员38人,其他16人,工种处于紧张状态者78人,有3例合并肝病。 86人中,十二指肠溃疡42例(48.8％),
From November 1988 to July 1992, 86 cases of peptic ulcer were diagnosed and treated by our department, all of whom were confirmed by X-ray barium meal or endoscopy. Analysis is as follows. There were 72 males and 14 females, the ratio of male to female was 5.1: 1, ranging in age from 19 to 60 years and 67 years (77.9%) under 40 years of age. There are 45 people who have 5 to 10 years of drinking history, 47 people who smoke 5 to 10 years, 46 people who eat spicy food, and 65 people who eat from time to time. Type of work: loading and unloading workers 32 people, 38 crew members, the other 16 people, working people in a state of tension were 78 people, 3 cases of liver disease.
