为了攻克机翼防冰前缘质量长期不稳定的技术关键,我们开展了阻片自热式高温玻璃钢型面胶合夹县的研制工作,在反复试验的基础上,确定了夹具结构,以及电热和控温的设计方案,并于一九七五年试制成功第一台胶合夹具(见图1),生产出了优质产品(见图2)。经过两年多批生产考验,证明这一胶合夹具在150℃长期间歇工作情况下,有令人满意的老化寿命。达到供热均匀、控温准确、型面精确、制造方便,全面超过了苏联提供的胶合夹具的技术指标(见表1)。一、结构概况胶合夹具由型面包络皮、框架、机械及真空加压系统和控温系统组成。包络皮长3250毫
