5年前中国的彩电业出现了第一次价格大战,5年来这种价格战时断时续而且愈演愈烈。不久前再次掀起了高潮,伴随着大量低价格、多种品牌的彩电入市,人们争先抢购。而在房地产界业内人士大多认为如今已是买方市场,但却从未出现价格大战,甚至一点苗头都没有,尽管全国有近一亿平方米的空置房积压着,但房地产企业依然是“泰山压顶,我自岿然不动”。那么,为什么房地产业不能出现价格大战呢?
