采用内圆水纺法制备出成分为Co81.9Si7.2B2.4Fe4.7Cr3.6Mo0.2(wt.%)的非晶丝,用B-H分析仪测量了淬态和分别经去应力退火及加纵向磁场热处理过的非晶丝的磁性能,发现热处理对非晶丝磁性能影响不明显,并在原有成分基础上调整成分为Co79.2Si7B2.3Fe7.8Cr3.5Mo0.2(wt.%),对热处理前后非晶丝磁性能进行了检测,发现热处理后磁导率、饱和磁感应强度和矫顽力明显增大,讨论了不同热处理制度对磁性能的影响,并从磁畴变化的角度分析了影响机理。
