文章针对国道主干线口至兰州柳沟河段高速公路土家湾隧道软黄土隧道软基进行了50m超长旋喷桩的设计、施工试验研究,目前,该项技术在黄土地区尚无应用先例,通过试验研究提出了相应的设计控制指标、施工工艺参数,并对处治效果进行了原位试验和长期检测检验,证明该设计与施工控制是可行的,采用高压旋喷技术加固隧道软黄土地基,旋喷深度达50m,取得了良好效果,填补了国内在隧道工程应用领域的空白,为类似工程的设计与施工提供借鉴经验。
In this paper, the design and construction of 50m long grouted spout pile are studied in soft soil foundation of Tujiawan Tunnel of Loess Highway in Liuzhougou Expressway of Lanzhou. At present, there is no precedent for application of this technology in loess area, The corresponding design control indexes and construction process parameters are put forward through experimental research. In situ tests and long-term tests on the treatment effects prove that the design and construction control are feasible. High-pressure rotary jet grouting technology is used to reinforce the foundation of soft soil in tunnels, Rotary spray depth of 50m, and achieved good results, to fill the gap in the field of tunnel engineering applications for the design and construction of similar projects to provide reference experience.
