本文主要对一种具有新的送粉方式——阴极内送粉的等离子堆焊枪的结构和性能进行了一定的探讨。实践结果证明这种枪不仅能使粉末利用率有所提高,而且还可获得节能方面的经济效益。 本文还对该枪在堆焊过程中易产生粉末堵枪的问题进行了一些分析。
In this paper, we mainly discuss the structure and performance of a plasma torch with a new powder feeding method - cathode feeding powder gun. Practice has proved that this gun not only can improve the utilization of the powder, but also to obtain the economic benefits of energy conservation. This article also made some analysis on the gun in the surfacing process prone to the problem of powder blocking the gun.
