随着建筑业的发展,混凝土施工对模板的需求量日益增多,目前我国建筑施工常用的模板为钢模板和合成胶合板模板,钢模板重,安装拆卸不方便,合戍胶合模板因其原材料为木材,大量使用浪费森林资源,开发模板新型材料和结构形式迫在眉睫,木塑模板在建筑施工中的应用,为研发新型建筑模板提供了一个崭新思路。本文分析木塑模板在跨线桥上应用的基础上,充分发挥木塑模板材料在性能上优于其它模板的优势,提出新型木塑模板,为新型木塑模板的推广提供了有益的依据。
With the development of the construction industry, the demand for concrete formwork is increasing day by day. At present, the commonly used formwork for building construction is steel formwork and synthetic plywood formwork. The steel formwork is heavy and inconvenient for installation and disassembly. Because of its raw material, The extensive use of wasteful forest resources, the development of new materials and structural forms of templates are imminent, and the application of wood-plastic templates in building construction provides a new idea for the research and development of new building templates. Based on the application of WPC template in overpass, this paper gives full play to the superiority of WPC template material in performance over other templates, proposes a new WPC template, and provides a useful basis for the promotion of the new WPC template.
