采用自主设计的木醋液制融雪剂的自动化装置,重点研究了脱色系统的优化,采用膜过滤初级脱色和活性炭精制脱色两部分相结合,可大大降低活性炭用量和脱色成本,提高脱色效率。研究结果表明,优化脱色工艺为先采用膜过滤初级脱色可使吸光度值由3.0降低为1.19,脱色效率60.3%。再用活性炭精制脱色3小时,最终可得到吸光度值为0.03的浅色透明液体产品。活性炭比表面积由208.969 m2/g降低为65.001 m2/g,衰减了68.89%。
The self-designed wood vinegar liquid snow melting agent automation device, focusing on the optimization of the decolorization system, the use of membrane filtration primary decolorization and activated carbon bleaching decolorization of two parts can greatly reduce the amount of activated carbon and decolorization costs and improve decolorization efficiency. The results showed that the optimum decolorization process is that the first step of membrane filtration can reduce the absorbance value from 3.0 to 1.19 and the decolorization efficiency to 60.3%. And then decolorized with activated carbon for 3 hours to finally obtain a light-colored transparent liquid product having an absorbance value of 0.03. The specific surface area of activated carbon decreased from 208.969 m2 / g to 65.001 m2 / g, with a decrease of 68.89%.
