In the 0.6-1.2equivalent sulfuric acid medium, phosphorus and molybdenum-bismuth salt form ternary complex with sodium peroxide melting sample, and phosphorous content in silicon carbide is determined by ascorbic acid reduction spectrophotometry to solve the urgent need of production.
