用博莱霉素A5(BLMA5)造成大鼠肺纤维化模型,观察了补气通肺饮、地塞米松的治疗作用。结果提示二者均可提高肺组织超氧化物歧化酶的活性,降低肺组织羟脯氨酸(HP)含量和脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平;病理组织学检查显示二者均可明显减轻肺泡炎和肺纤维化的程度。长时间应用地塞米松后,由于免疫抑制作用而导致严重的肺内感染,从而使肺组织SOD活性降低,LPO水平升高
The pulmonary fibrosis model in rats was induced with bleomycin A5 (BLMA5). The therapeutic effects of Buqi Tongfei Yin and dexamethasone were observed. The results suggest that both can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase in lung tissue, reduce the content of hydroxyproline (HP) and lipid peroxide (LPO) in lung tissue; histopathological examination showed that both can be significantly reduced The degree of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis. After long-term application of dexamethasone, severe lung infections are caused due to immunosuppression, resulting in decreased SOD activity and elevated LPO levels in lung tissue.
