随着我国社会经济发展进入新常态,以及国有企业体制深化改革进程的推进,给供电公司的发展带来了一定的挑战。为此,如何将绩效管理应用于供电企业的运行中,并有效提高人力资源管理的水平,既是企业长远发展的必然要求,也是当前占领市场竞争制高点的有效手段。然而,供电公司在绩效管理的执行过程中仍然存在一些问题,直接影响了企业员工的认同感及经营利润的提高。笔者首先阐述了供电公司人力资源绩效管理的重要性,并在现存问题的基础上,对优化绩效管理的出路进行了研究探索。
As China’s socio-economic development has entered the new normal, and the process of deepening the reform of the state-owned enterprise system has advanced, it has brought certain challenges to the development of power supply companies. For this reason, how to apply performance management to the operation of a power supply company and effectively increase the level of human resource management is not only an inevitable requirement for the long-term development of the company, but also an effective means for occupying the high point of market competition. However, power supply companies still have some problems in the implementation of performance management, which directly affects the sense of corporate employees’ recognition and the improvement of operating profits. The author first elaborated the importance of the human resource performance management of the power supply company, and based on the existing problems, conducted a research and exploration on the optimization of performance management.
