1 林业科技工作现状党的十一届三中全会以来,我省林业科技事业有较快发展,已建立省、地(市)级林业科研院(所)10个;已初建省、地、县级林业技术推广站45个,各类科技人员近3000人,共有科技,教学人员700余人,这是全省林业科技进步的骨干队伍。在贯彻执行部、省科技管理有关文件的同时,制定了《贵州省“八五”林业科学技术研究计划管理若干规定》;制定了《贵州省林业科学技术发展纲要(1991～2000)等等。“八五”期间列入部、省、厅科研计划的项目共36项:省年度及基金项目20项。
