新课改背景下教师的课堂教学行为是影响教学成败的重要因素,更是新课改成功与否的关键。随着每年越来越多的师范生或教育实习生加入到教育领域,成为教育领域不可忽视的一支队伍,这些新手型教师的课堂教学行为理应备受关注。本文笔者在阐明新手型教师以及教师课堂教学行为的含义的基础上,查阅相关资料总结出了目前新课改背景下新手型教师课堂教学行为存在的问题并提出解决策略,旨在改善新手型教师课堂教学行为。
Under the new curriculum reform, teachers’ classroom teaching behavior is an important factor that affects the success or failure of teaching. It is also the key to the success of the new curriculum reform.
