本文采用文献资料法、观察法、专家访谈法等研究方法,以国家游泳队队员曹玥在备战第12届全运会的年度训练负荷为研究对象,运用运动训练学理论,对运动员全年训练负荷的数据进行统计分析,探究其不同时期训练负荷量和负荷强度的变化,并结合生理生化指标综合分析。结果显示,曹玥在全运会年度的备战训练中,无氧阈代谢水平的训练量占全年训练的比例最高;这一年采用了年度双周期的训练模式,其中全运会专项提高期是全年竞技能力提升的关键时期;赛前调整恢复的时间决定了最佳竞技状态出现的时间;中、低强度有氧代谢水平的训练贯穿全年各个时期,体现出中距离自由泳运动员训练的一般特点。
In this paper, the methods of literature review, observation and expert interviews are used to study the annual training load of the National Swimming Team member Cao Yue in preparation for the 12th National Games.
