目的:观察IgA肾病肾组织CD34、CD44的表达,及其与病理改变之间的关系。方法:将84例IgA肾病患者的肾组织按Lee氏分级分成Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级三组,用免疫组织化学方法检测各组肾组织内CD34、CD44的表达,并观察病理分级与CD34、CD44表达的关系。结果:(1)CD34在IgA肾病患者肾组织内均有表达,主要分布在肾小球系膜区和系膜细胞,小管上皮细胞、间质和血管内皮细胞亦可见表达。随着增生性病理改变的加重,CD34的表达有增强。(2)CD44在IgA肾病患者肾组织中均有表达,主要分布在系膜细胞、新月体、小管间质损害区的小管间质细胞。随着硬化性病理改变的加重,CD44的表达有所增强。结论:IgA肾病患者肾组织内CD34、CD44均有表达,其表达强度分别与肾组织增生及硬化性改变有相关性。
Objective: To observe the expression of CD34 and CD44 in renal tissue of IgA nephropathy and its relationship with pathological changes. Methods: Eighty-four patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into three groups according to their Lee’s grading. The expression of CD34 and CD44 in each group were detected by immunohistochemistry. The pathological grade and CD34 , CD44 expression. Results: (1) CD34 was expressed in renal tissues of patients with IgA nephropathy, which mainly distributed in the glomerular mesangial and mesangial cells. The expression of CD34 was also observed in the epithelial cells, stroma and vascular endothelial cells. With the proliferation of pathological changes, CD34 expression increased. (2) CD44 was expressed in renal tissue of patients with IgA nephropathy, mainly distributed in mesangial cells, crescent, tubulointerstitial damage of stromal cells. With the increase of sclerotic pathology, the expression of CD44 has been enhanced. Conclusion: The expressions of CD34 and CD44 in renal tissue of patients with IgA nephropathy are all correlated with the expression of proliferative and sclerosing changes of renal tissue.
