本文以优化某航空座椅约束系统为目的 ,建立了某假人/座椅约束系统多刚体模型,运用MADYMO软件进行分析。首先运用某机型座椅坠撞试验数据进行比照,验证建模方法的有效性。其次建立某型座椅模型进行坠撞仿真试验。最后,采用正交试验极差分析法,设计五因素四水平试验方案,对该航空座椅进行优化设计。最终结果表明:该优化设计方法使得乘员的脊椎载荷减小了11.14%,显著降低了乘员的损伤风险。
In order to optimize a certain aviation seat restraint system, this paper establishes a multi-rigid body model of a dummies / seat restraint system, using MADYMO software to analyze. First of all, using a model seat crash test data comparison to verify the effectiveness of modeling methods. Followed by the establishment of a type of seat model crash simulation test. Finally, using the orthogonal test of difference analysis, the design of five-factor four-level test program, the optimal design of the aviation seat. The final results show that the optimal design method reduces the occupant’s spine load by 11.14%, significantly reducing the occupant’s risk of injury.
