企业文化是企业的核心竞争力,企业战略根植于企业文化,企业文化与企业战略相协调和适应。本文围绕“企业文化”与“企业战略”两个主题展开深入分析,针对目前企业界普遍存在的企业文化与战略脱轨问题从理论研究进行论述,然后总结如何构建战略导向型企业文化的方法与原则,从而实现企业长远发展的目标,在论述过程中思考和总结了如何实现企业文化与战略的有效对接。
