采用XRD分析锆合金吸氢和脱氢过程中的相组成,并通过金相检查观察其微观组织形貌。结果表明:锆合金吸氢和脱氢过程中的相组成与过程无关;微观组织形貌仅在α+δ+γ三相共存区存在明显差异,吸氢过程中氢化锆的网状特征更加明显,但在其余相区,氢化锆的组织形貌仅取决于氢含量;微观形貌的差异主要是锆合金吸氢和脱氢过程中氢在基体中扩散机制不同而引起;吸氢过程中,氢在基体中扩散受晶界扩散控制,而脱氢过程中,氢在基体中扩散受晶内扩散控制。
The phase composition of the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation of zirconium alloys was analyzed by XRD. The microstructure of zirconium alloys was observed by metallographic examination. The results show that the phase composition of the zirconium alloy during hydrogen absorption and dehydrogenation has nothing to do with the process. The morphology of the microstructure is obviously different only in the α + δ + γ three-phase coexistence area, and the network characteristics of zirconium hydride in the hydrogen absorption process are more obvious However, in the other phases, the morphology of zirconium hydride is only dependent on the hydrogen content. The difference of microstructure is mainly due to the different diffusion mechanism of hydrogen in the matrix during the hydrogen absorption and dehydrogenation of zirconium alloys. During hydrogen absorption, The diffusion of hydrogen in the matrix is controlled by the grain boundary diffusion. In the dehydrogenation process, hydrogen diffuses in the matrix and is controlled by intragranular diffusion.
