The WHO requires cesarean section rate to be controlled below 15% [1]. In the recent 20 years, the rate of cesarean section in China has risen sharply. In 2014, the average cesarean section rate in China reached 54.47% [2]. In recent years, Cesarean section rate remained at about 68%, high cesarean section rate on the adverse effects on maternal and child health has become the consensus. With the economic development, the proportion of floating population in Wuhu City is constantly increasing. The lack of knowledge on maternal health during pregnancy also affects their choice of mode of delivery.
