党的十八届五中全会中提出,全面实施一对夫妇可以生育两个孩子的政策。这一政策的出台立刻引起了全社会的广泛关注,同时如何教育好这一新到来的人口群体,成了人们普遍关注的问题。家庭作为人生的第一所学校,家庭教育显得尤为重要。针对独生子女家庭教育存在的问题,提出了二胎政策下家庭教育过程中的变化及可能出现的一些新问题,通过分析其症状及对策,以引起家庭和社会的广泛关注。 During the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, it was put forward that the full implementation of a couple’s policy of giving birth to two children. The promulgation of this policy immediately aroused widespread concern of the whole society, and how to educate this newly arrived population group has become a widespread concern. Family as the first school of life, family education is particularly important. In view of the existing problems of one-child family education, this paper puts forward the changes in the family education process under the second child policy and some new problems that may arise. By analyzing its symptoms and countermeasures, it has aroused widespread concern in the family and society.
