为探讨昆虫为杂交大豆授粉的行为,提高授粉效率,以大豆细胞质雄性不育系JLCMS34A和保持系JLCMS34B为材料,研究父母本3种行距配置(T1、T2、T3)对昆虫授粉行为及产量构成的影响。结果表明:行距配置T2条件下昆虫授粉效率最高,母本单株粒数最多,为45.98个(2011年),与T1、T3差异达到显著水平,T3配置授粉效率最差,单株粒数最少,为32.06个(2012年),与T1、T2差异达到极显著水平。在吉林省洮南地区适当缩小父母本行距,增加母本间行距可有效促进昆虫授粉效率,提高结实率。
In order to investigate the behavior of insects as pollination of hybrid soybean and improve the pollination efficiency, we studied the pollination behavior and yield components of insects by three parental line spacing configurations (T1, T2, T3) using the cytoplasmic male sterile line JLCMS34A and the maintainer line JLCMS34B Impact. The results showed that pollination efficiency was the highest under the condition of T2, with the highest number of female parent plants per plant (45.98) (2011), significant difference with T1 and T3, the least pollination efficiency of T3 , 32.06 (2012), with the T1, T2 differences reached a significant level. In the Taonan area of Jilin Province, it is feasible to narrow the distance between parents and increase the spacing between female and male insects to effectively promote pollination efficiency and seed setting rate.
