Clarithromycin系十四圆环红霉素A衍生物。本品抗菌效力与红霉素相等或稍优,对酸稳定,口服后血浓度持续高值。其特点是组织转运及尿中转运均良好。 20例呼吸道感染患者口服本品,每日2次,每次100～200mg,共6～15日,总量1.2～4.5g。结果,显效5例,有效10例,稍有效4例,无效1例,有效率75.0％。其中肺炎有效率85.7％,慢性呼吸道疾患恶化有效率70.0％,急性支气管炎有效率66.7％。细菌学效果,肺炎链球菌4例全部消失,金葡
Clarithromycin is a 14-ring erythromycin A derivative.
