腺泡状软组织肉瘤系一种组织来源不明的较为少见的肿瘤,口腔中更为罕见。本文报告一例舌部腺泡状软组织肉瘤,并对其光镜、电镜组织学特点进行描述和讨论。 病例报告:刘某 女 20岁。一年前患者发现右舌下一蚕豆大肿物,有触痛和自发痛。肿物逐渐增大。半年前肿物自发性出血,未经处置自行停止,此后,类似出血现象经常发生。颌面外科检查:肿物4×4× Alveolar soft tissue sarcoma is a relatively rare tumor of unknown tissue origin and is more rarely seen in the oral cavity. This paper reports a case of alveolar soft tissue sarcoma of the tongue, and describes and discusses histological features of light and electron microscopy. Case report: Liu is 20 years old. A year ago, the patient discovered a large mass of a broad bean in the right tongue, with tenderness and spontaneous pain. The tumor gradually increased. Hemorrhage spontaneously bleeded half a year ago and stopped without treatment. After that, similar bleedings often occurred. Maxillofacial surgical examination: mass 4 x 4 x
