The research project of Cement Concrete Pavements (a total of 38 cooperative units) presided over by the Ministry of Communications Highway Planning and Design Institute and Tongji University has completed the research task from 1978 to 1980. The council was held on December 15-22, 1981 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. The main task of this meeting is to review the research achievements of cement concrete pavement in the past three years, implement the next collaborative units of research projects, and discuss the preparation of the outline of design specifications.
