文章介绍了一种新型叉口万向节,它既可以传递扭矩又可以承受轴向力,且由于扭矩和轴向力是通过不同部位分开传递的,从而改善了它的受力状况。该万向节具有结构紧凑、可靠性高等特点,适用于受力比较复杂、结构尺寸受到限制和工作角度不大的传动,特别适应于用涡轮钻具打定向井和丛式井的特殊钻井工况。通过理论分析,找出其运动规律为tgφ_1=tgφ_2·cosα,说明该万向节为不等速传动。同时用有限元方法和电测试验获取了多组数据,并回归了一套工程上实用的强度验算公式,可作为该万向节系列设计时强度校核的依据。
This paper introduces a new type of fork joint, which can transmit torque and axial force, and improve its stress condition because torque and axial force are transmitted separately through different parts. The universal joint has the advantages of compact structure and high reliability. It is suitable for the transmission with more complicated forces, limited structure size and small working angle. It is especially suitable for the special drilling workers who design the directional well and the cluster well with the turbine drill condition. Through theoretical analysis, we can find that the law of motion is tgφ_1 = tgφ_2 · cosα, which indicates that the joint is not constant speed transmission. At the same time, several sets of data were obtained by finite element method and electrical test, and a set of engineering practical strength checking formula was returned, which can be used as the basis for the strength check of this universal joint design.
