患者王某,女,35岁。1998年8月6日,因爆炸的高锰酸钾呈黑紫色粉末状物进入眼内,致两眼肿痛、流泪,不能视物。曾用井水反复清洗后滴用氯霉素眼药水治疗,因症状渐重,于伤后10余小时入我院治疗。检查:视力右0.3,左0.25,两眼睑红肿,结合膜水肿、苍白,睑结膜见有片状灰白色膜状坏死组织,近内外眦部球结膜粗糙糜烂。角膜水肿、混浊,深达浅实质层,上皮大片剥脱约4/5,虹膜瞳孔正常。诊断:两眼药物烧伤。治疗:入院后两眼球结膜下注射自血各1ml,庆大霉素2万U,1％阿托品眼药水放瞳,局
