利用小鼠精子畸形试验方法，观察了猪苓（ＰｏｌｙｐｏｒｕｓＵｍｂｅｌａｔｕｓ（Ｐｅｒｓ．）Ｆｒ）对小鼠精子的损伤作用及猪苓对硫酸镉（ＣｄＳＯ４）所诱发小鼠精子畸形的抑制作用。结果表明，猪苓对小鼠精子无损伤作用，可明显抑制由硫酸镉所诱发的小鼠精子畸形率。提示猪苓对环境中硫酸镉具有抗诱变作用
The effects of Polyporus Umbelatus (Pers.) Fr) on the spermatozoa of mice and the inhibitory effect of Polyporus umbellatus on sperm deformity induced by cadmium sulfate (CdSO4) were observed using the sperm abnormality test in mice. The results showed that Polyporus umbellatus had no damage on mouse spermatozoa, which could significantly inhibit the mouse sperm deformity induced by cadmium sulfate. Prompted Polyporus umbellatus cadmium sulfate has an anti-mutagenic effect in the environment
