摘要目的研制一个实时的剂量监控系统,用以测量病人在神经介入检查或治疗过程中眼晶状体所接受的辐射剂量。方法对35例行脑血管造影诊断或血管栓塞治疗的病人进行研究,使用金属氧化物半导体场效晶体管(MOSFET)放射量测定器测量左外眦(LOC)和左眼睑(LE)所接受的辐射剂量。结果左外眦受到的辐射剂量显著高于左眼睑。脑动静脉畸形、脑动脉瘤和行脑血管造影检查的病人左外眦所测得
Abstract Objective To develop a real-time dose monitoring system for measuring the dose of radiation received by the lens of the eye during neurological intervention or treatment. METHODS: Thirty-five patients undergoing angiographic or angiographic embolization were studied, and radiation received by left and right eyelids (LOC) and left eyelid (LE) was measured using a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) dose.
