运动队的教育工作面广量大,层次多,差异大。以己之浅见,运动队的思想教育宜选择若干“突破点”,分层次、分类型地做工作,并以“点”的效果,带动全面工作的开展。运动队思想教育工作难度和影响较大的一个“点”是“尖子”运动员的管理教育。本文就这个问题做一点分析和探讨。一、“尖子”运动员的素质特征所谓“尖子”运动员,是指运动技术水平达到世界或国内先进水平的运动员,即各运动项目的技术领头人。如我省著名竞走运动员关平,长跑运动员肖红艳、朱树春,射箭运动员马湘君等等。要想弄清“尖子”运动员的素质特征,
