本文对几个花生辐射突变体后代的主要性状进行遗传变异规律研究,为进一步研究和利用突变体提供理论依据。 材料与方法 利用γ射线照射白沙1016、徐州68—4、花28、花27、昌花4号等产生的突变体后代做为研究材料,田间种植,行距1.4尺,株距0.5尺,行长20尺,每突变体尽种子数种植,对照种一行,整个生育期间,定一株调查各主要突变性状的遗传变异,利用生物统计的方法,计算其分离比例。
In this paper, the genetic variation of the main characters of several progeny of radish mutant in peanut was studied, which provided the theoretical basis for further study and utilization of mutants. MATERIALS AND METHODS The offspring of mutants derived from Baisha 1016, Xuzhou 68-4, Hua 28, Hua 27, Changhua 4 and so on were used as materials for research. Field planting was conducted at a spacing of 1.4 feet with a spacing of 0.5 feet and a length of 20 Each mutant was planted with seeds of the best seed size. During the whole growth period, a strain of genetic variation of each major trait was investigated. Biometrics was used to calculate the separation ratio.
