近年来,随着雾霾问题的日益严重,环保和节能的主题已经渐渐进入人们的视野。尤其是建筑供暖对空气产生的污染,对于城市雾霾的形成也占了很大的比重。建筑能耗已经占整个社会能耗的三分之一,要做到不影响社会生产的节能,如何减少建筑能耗,就成了最行之有效的办法之一。窗户的热损失将近占建筑热损失的一半,UPVC高性能系统塑窗的使用可以既经济又有效的降低建筑能耗。本文先分析了国内外塑窗的发展状况,接着介绍了近年来各地政府在建筑节能标准上的推进,这对塑窗的发展也是个机遇。然后重点对UPVC高性能系统塑窗做了重新定义和表述。最后以维卡MD82系统为例,对高性能系统塑窗的研发状况做了介绍。
In recent years, with the worsening haze problem, the theme of environmental protection and energy conservation has gradually entered the people’s field of vision. In particular, building heating on the air pollution, the formation of the city haze also accounted for a large proportion. Building energy consumption accounts for one-third of the energy consumption of the whole society. To achieve energy efficiency that does not affect social production and how to reduce building energy consumption, it has become one of the most effective measures. The loss of windows accounts for nearly half of the building’s heat loss, and the use of UPVC high-performance plastic window systems can reduce building energy consumption both economically and effectively. This paper first analyzes the development of plastic window at home and abroad, then introduces the promotion of building energy efficiency standards by local governments in recent years, which is also an opportunity for the development of plastic window. Then the UPVC high performance system plastic window was redefined and stated emphatically. Finally, taking Vicat MD82 system as an example, this paper introduces the research and development status of plastic window of high performance system.
