本文介绍了用一氯化溴快速消解水和尿中有机汞的方法,仅需2种试剂和5~180min的消解时间,不用加热处理。与常规硫酸-高锰酸钾消解法比,本法简便、快速、易行,适于天然水、废水、废渣浸提液及尿中总汞的测定。分析步骤:吸取0~10.00ml氯化汞标液(0.100μgHg~(2+)/ml)于汞蒸气反应瓶中,加1.5%盐酸至25ml,配制标准系列。另取25.00ml样品和去离子水(空白试验)于反应瓶中。加入适量(<3ml)0.025mo1/L溴酸钾-0.050mol/L溴化钾溶液(含30%盐酸),使试液呈溴之微黄色,密盖混匀。室温(>6℃)放置5~180min。加入12%盐酸羟胺溶液0.2ml,混匀。尿样则再加入2滴磷酸三丁脂。向试液中加入20%氯化亚锡溶液(含
