自组织团队是极具适应性与创新性的组织模式,组织可以应用自组织团队,实现对复杂动态环境的迅速适应。自组织团队的创新能力本质上是一种涌现的结果,自组织团队创新能力的涌现有赖于来自团队内部和外部的各种因素以及因素间的相互作用。
Self-organizing team is a very adaptable and innovative organizational model, organizations can apply self-organizing team, to achieve the rapid adaptation of complex dynamic environment. The innovation capability of a self-organizing team is essentially an emerging result. The emergence of self-organizing team’s innovation depends on various factors both inside and outside the team as well as the interaction between the factors.
