众所周知,心血管疾病的死亡率与水土微量元素的含量有关。实验证实,微量元素在动脉粥样硬化的发病机理中起着重要作用。近年报道通过调节机体微量元素的代谢来治疗缺血性心脏病的可能性。本文报道对急性心肌梗塞伴心律失常患者血中部份微量元素含量的研究,共检测108例,其中67例为各种类型阵发性心律失常,8例为心室颤动,6例持续性心律失常,这些病例为研究组;27例大灶性心肌梗塞无心律失常者为对照组。用原子吸收光谱分析法测定两组病人红细胞及血浆中微量元素的含量(包括铜、锰、铬、镍、锌),进行比较。结果:心律失常患者红细胞中铜含量降低
