随着我国对外开放政策的贯彻执行,医院从国外购买的医疗仪器,尤其是大型医疗仪器逐年增多。在通过外贸公司与外商洽谈,一般总是围绕设备配套、价格与售后服务这几个要点。设备配套与价格因设备不同而不同,不可一概而论。但是售后服务却有一定的范围。本文就国外的一些做法,结合国内的实际情况,与从事医疗仪器管理的同行讨论有关售后服务的几个问题。 1 保修时间
