螺栓球节点是空间网格结构的常用节点型式,节点的安全可靠关系着结构的安全性,足够的螺栓拧入深度是螺栓节点受拉安全承载的保证。对3种螺栓直径、3种螺栓拧入深度、18个螺栓球节点试件进行了受拉试验。试验表明:当螺栓拧入深度分别为螺栓直径的0.8倍、0.9倍时,螺栓螺纹与螺栓球内螺纹间咬合破坏,螺栓从球内拔出;当拧入深度为螺栓直径的1.0倍时,发生螺栓断裂破坏。不同螺栓直径同一拧入深度的螺栓球节点承载力与螺栓极限承载力的比值基本相同。为保证螺栓球受拉节点的安全,螺栓拧入深度不得低于螺栓直径。
Bolt ball joints are commonly used nodes in the space grid structure. The safety and reliability of the joints are related to the structural safety. The sufficient screw-in depth is the guarantee for the bolt joints to be safely carried by the tension. Three kinds of bolt diameter, three kinds of bolt screwing depth, 18 bolt ball joints were subjected to tension test. The test results show that when the bolt screwing depth is 0.8 times and 0.9 times the bolt diameter respectively, the bite between the bolt thread and the bolt ball inner thread is destroyed and the bolt is pulled out from the ball. When the screwing depth is 1.0 times of the bolt diameter, Bolt fracture damage occurred. The ratio of the bolt ball bearing capacity to the bolt ultimate bearing capacity is the same for different bolts with the same screwing depth. In order to ensure the safety of the bolt ball tensioning node, the bolt screwing depth can not be less than the bolt diameter.
