观察两组不同低剂量雷公藤糖浆对雄性小鼠生殖功能和腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α生成能力的影响,以合笼试验为指标观察到两组剂量雷公藤糖浆均有抗雄性生育作用,同时观察到对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α生成能力无明显影响(P>0.05)。上述结果提示雷公藤在有效抗生育作用剂量下对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α生成能力无明显影响。
Observing the effect of two different low-dose tripterygium glycosides on the reproductive function of TNF-α and the production of TNF-α in peritoneal macrophages of male mice, we observed that both doses of Tripterygium wilfordii have anti-fertility by using the cage test as an indicator. It was observed that the TNF-α production ability of mouse peritoneal macrophages was not significantly affected (P>0.05). The above results suggest that Tripterygium wilfordii has no significant effect on the ability of TNF-α production in mouse peritoneal macrophages under the effective antifertility dose.
