从我国10个省(市、区)45种植物上分离到大量具有冰核活性的细菌。通过人工霜箱模拟试验,证明冰核菌是诱发作物霜冻的重要因素。作物上的冰核菌多,发生霜冻的温度就高;反之就低。所以,除去冰核菌就能防止或减轻霜害。本文介绍了3种除冰核的方法,初步试验,得到较好结果。因为它既不必从遗传基因上改变作物的耐霜性,也不要提高环境温度,只要除去冰核就能防霜冻,所以是有前途的,值得注意。并讨论了这一方法的开发应用问题。
A large number of bacteria with ice nucleation activity were isolated from 45 species in 10 provinces (cities and districts) of our country. Artificial frost box simulation test shows that R. frostbite is an important factor in induced crop frost. Ice crop on the many, the temperature of the high frost; otherwise low. Therefore, the removal of ice can prevent or reduce frost damage. This article describes the three kinds of deicing core method, the initial test, get better results. Because it does not have to genetically alter the frost resistance of the crop, nor does it raise the ambient temperature, frost protection is only necessary if the ice core is removed, so it is promising and worth noting. And discussed the development and application of this method.
