多环芳烃具有致癌性、致畸性及致突变性,为了快速、高效、绿色的检测食品接触材料中多环芳烃(PAHs)的迁移量,建立了自动固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)测定水和3%乙酸食品模拟液中16种多环芳烃迁移量的分析方法。对固相微萃取时间、萃取温度、解吸时间、振荡速率和离子强度等萃取条件进行了优化,并进行了方法的线性范围、检出限、回收率、精密度等实验。结果表明:方法的线性范围在0.01~5.0μg/L之间;相关系数在0.997 9~0.999 7之间;模拟物中16种多环芳烃的回收率为73.47%~117.6%;相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.72%~14.70%之间。本方法适应于食品接触材料中16种多环芳烃的迁移量检测。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic. To rapidly and efficiently detect the migration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in food contact materials, an automatic solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry Determination of 16 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in Water and 3% Acetic Acid Simulated Liquid by GC / MS. The extraction conditions, such as solid-phase microextraction time, extraction temperature, desorption time, oscillation rate and ionic strength, were optimized. The linear range, detection limit, recovery and precision of the method were also studied. The results showed that the linear range of the method was between 0.01 and 5.0 μg / L, the correlation coefficient was between 0.997 9 and 0.999 7, the recoveries of 16 PAHs were between 73.47% and 117.6%, and the relative standard deviations n = 5) between 2.72% and 14.70%. The method is suitable for detecting the migration amount of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food contact materials.
