目的:探讨Neuropilin1(NRP1)在喉癌组织及喉癌细胞系中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测NRP1在喉癌及癌旁组织中的表达;采用RTPCR检测NRP1mRNA在喉癌、癌旁组织及喉癌细胞系中的表达。结果:免疫组织化学检测发现28例喉癌组织标本中NRP1均为高表达,而相应的癌旁组织则无表达;RTPCR检测NRP1mRNA的表达结果显示28例喉癌组织中24例呈阳性表达,Hep2细胞系呈阳性表达,相应的癌旁组织为阴性表达。结论:NRP1表达于大多数喉癌组织及喉癌细胞系Hep2中,而在癌旁组织不表达,提示NRP1的表达可能与喉癌的发生、发展密切相关,且有较高的肿瘤特异性。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of Neuropilin1 (NRP1) in laryngeal carcinoma and laryngeal carcinoma cell lines. Methods: The expression of NRP1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in laryngeal carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. The expression of NRP1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR in laryngeal carcinoma, paracancerous tissues and laryngeal carcinoma cell lines. Results: NRP1 was highly expressed in 28 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma and no corresponding adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of NRP1 mRNA in RCC specimens was detected by RT-PCR, 24 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma were positive, 24 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma were Hep2 Cell lines were positive, the corresponding paracancerous tissue was negative expression. CONCLUSION: NRP1 is expressed in most of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep2, but not in para-cancerous tissue. It suggests that the expression of NRP1 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma and has high tumor specificity.
