目的 :测定痤疮霜中甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,以地塞米松为内标 ,Nova PakC18柱 ,甲醇 水为流动相 ;测定波长 2 60nm。结果 :一次进样可完成 2种化学性质不同组份的含量分析。甲硝唑 9.94~1 0 9.3 4 μg/ml,氯霉素 4 .92~ 54.1 2 μg/ml范围内 ,峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性关系 ;平均回收率依次为 97.3 1 % ,RSD =0 .94 % ;98.1 2 % ,RSD =0 .78% (n =5)。结论 :方法简便 ,结果满意 ,适于医院制剂分析。
Objective: To determine the content of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in acne creams. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography with dexamethasone as internal standard, Nova Pak C18 column, methanol water as mobile phase; determination of wavelength 260nm. Results: A single injection can be completed two different chemical composition of the chemical content analysis. The metronidazole 9.94 ~ 1093.4μg / ml, chloramphenicol 4.92 ~ 54.1 2μg / ml range, the peak area and the concentration showed a good linear relationship; the average recovery was 97.31%, RSD = 0 .94%; 98.1 2%, RSD = 0.78% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, the results are satisfactory, suitable for hospital preparations analysis.
