用数值模拟方法研究了铸钢件凝固过程的热应力场,并计算了标准应力框的应力和位移,应力框变形模拟结果与实际情况基本一致,为进一步研究热裂提供了依据.
The thermal stress field of the cast steel during solidification process was studied by numerical simulation and the stress and displacement of the standard stress frame were calculated. The simulation results of the stress frame were basically consistent with the actual situation, which provided the basis for further study of thermal cracking.
