传统获得扭转梁后桥路试局部载荷谱时,其测试系统较为复杂,不仅测量成本高而且难以测量。本文针对扭转梁后桥建立了多体动力学模型,以整车道路试验车轮六分力信号作为输入,利用仿真计算得到局部载荷谱线。通过分析目标位置的损伤值,制定了单级加载台架疲劳试验的评价标准,并结合台架试验验证了标准的有效性,进而提出通过多体动力学仿真制定台架试验标准的分析流程,为后桥试制阶段的耐久性检验提供了评价依据。
Traditionally, the test system of torsion beam rear axle road test partial load spectrum, the test system is more complicated, not only the measurement of high cost and difficult to measure. In this paper, a multi-body dynamic model is established for the torsion beam rear axle. Taking the six-component signal of the vehicle road test wheel as input, the local load spectrum is obtained by simulation. By analyzing the damage value of the target position, the evaluation criteria for the fatigue test of the single-stage loading platform are established, and the validity of the standard is verified with the test of the bench. Then the analysis flow of the bench test standard is established by multi-body dynamics simulation, It provided the basis for the durability test of the trial stage of the rear axle.
