用扭体法及热板法考察松萜宁胶囊的镇痛作用，求得松萜宁胶囊小鼠镇痛作用的ＥＤ５０。并进一步采用剂量递增方法形成吗啡依赖模型，用纳洛酮催促戒断，以评价松萜宁胶囊对吗啡依赖性小鼠、大鼠催促戒断的治疗作用。结果表明，松萜宁胶囊具有一定程度的镇痛作用，其ＥＤ５０为６１．２８ｍｇ／ｋｇ；其对吗啡依赖性小鼠催促戒断后出现的跳跃、体重减轻等有一定程度的抑制作用；能明显抑制吗啡依赖性大鼠异常姿势、激惹、咬牙、流泪、腹泻、流涎等催促戒断反应症状（评分值Ｐ＜０．０１～０．００１），且能抑制大鼠体重减轻（Ｐ＜０．００１）。
The analgesic effect of Songqining capsule was investigated by the writhing method and hot plate method, and the ED50 of the analgesic effect of Songqining capsule mice was obtained. Furthermore, the morphine dependence model was further developed using dose escalation method, and naloxone was used to urge withdrawal to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Songyingning capsule on morphine-dependent mice and rats. The results showed that Songqining capsule had a certain degree of analgesic effect, and its ED50 was 61.28mg/kg. It had a certain degree of inhibition on the jump and weight loss after morphine-dependent mice elicited withdrawal. Obvious inhibition of morphine-dependent rats abnormal posture, irritability, teething, tearing, diarrhea, runny nose and other symptoms prompted withdrawal symptoms (score P <0.01 ~ 0.001), and can inhibit weight loss in rats (P < 0.001).
