利用丁二酸酐对经微波预处理的玉米芯进行改性,制备了一种新型的水处理剂。研究了改性玉米芯(MC)对模拟废水中钯(Ⅱ)的动态吸附性能。实验结果表明,流速越大,初始浓度越高,吸附剂用量越少,可使吸附床的床层穿透加快,穿透时间缩短。通过Thomas模型预测,当钯(Ⅱ)的初始浓度不变,饱和吸附量随流速的增加而减少,吸附速率常数则随之增加。以0.1 mol.L-1 HCl作为解吸液,4次循环使用后的MC仍具有较好的吸附能力(90%)和回收能力(80%)。
A new type of water treatment agent was prepared by using succinic anhydride to modify corn cob pretreated by microwave. The dynamic adsorption of palladium (Ⅱ) in simulated wastewater by modified corncob (MC) was studied. The experimental results show that the higher the flow rate, the higher the initial concentration, the smaller the amount of adsorbent, the faster the bed penetration and the shorter the breakthrough time. The Thomas model predicts that when the initial concentration of palladium (II) is constant, the saturated adsorption decreases with the increase of the flow rate and the adsorption rate constant increases. With 0.1mol.L-1 HCl as desorption solution, MC still had better adsorption capacity (90%) and recovery ability (80%) after 4 cycles.
