目的:建立芪归合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对芪归合剂中黄芪、当归进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量。色谱条件Thermo ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);柱温为300C;流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(1783);流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为320nm;进样量为20μL。结果:黄芪、当归的定性鉴别重复性好,专属性强,方法简便。阿魏酸在0.03~0.484μg线性关系良好(r=0.9964);回收率99.10%,RSD1.3%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于芪归合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the Qigui mixture quality standards. Methods: The qualitative identification of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis in QiliGui mixture was made by TLC. The content of ferulic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic conditions Thermo ODS column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm); column temperature of 300C; mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.085% phosphoric acid solution (1783); flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1; detection wavelength of 320nm; The amount is 20 μL. Results: Astragalus, Angelica qualitative identification of good reproducibility, specificity, method is simple. Ferulic acid had a good linearity (r = 0.9964) between 0.03 and 0.484μg; the recovery was 99.10% and the RSD was 1.3% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Qigui Mixture.
