目的探讨患者行留置导尿并持续冲洗膀胱中冲洗液温度对其并发症的影响。方法将我院2015年1月~8月留置导尿并需要膀胱冲洗的男性患者随机分为观察组与实验组各30例,对照组膀胱冲洗液温度为30℃~33℃,观察组为34℃~37℃,对比两组患者泌尿系统感染与膀胱痉挛发生情况。结果观察组泌尿系感染及膀胱痉挛发生率明显低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论留置尿管患者行持续膀胱冲洗时,冲洗液温度控制在34℃~37℃可有效减少泌尿系感染与膀胱痉挛的发生,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of indwelling catheterization and continuous flushing of bladder irrigator temperature on its complications. Methods Male patients with catheterization who needed bladder irrigation from January to August 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and experimental group (30 cases). The control group had a temperature of 30 ℃ ~ 33 ℃ and the observation group was 34 ℃ ~ 37 ℃, compared two groups of patients with urinary tract infection and bladder spasm occurred. Results The incidence of urinary tract infection and bladder spasm in observation group was significantly lower than that in experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion In patients with indwelling urinary catheter, when the bladder flushing is continued, the temperature of the flushing fluid controlled at 34 ℃ ~ 37 ℃ can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection and bladder spasm. The results are worthy of promotion.
